What can I expect during my session?
Each session is slow, intentional, and deeply restorative. Treatments combine facial sculpting, lymphatic support, breathing, and nervous system-led touch to release tension held within the face, jaw, neck, and body. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Is this purely a facial treatment?
No. While the focus is on the face, this work supports the body as a whole. Tension patterns, posture, breathing, stress, and the nervous system all influence how we feel and how we carry ourselves. Facial sculpting offers a whole-body experience rather than a purely aesthetic treatment.
How long is a session?
Each treatment is 60 minutes. For your first visit, please allow 75minutes, as we will spend the first 15 minutes connecting, discussing your needs and creating an intention for your session together.
What are the benefits of facial sculpting?
Benefits may include reduced facial puffiness, improved lymphatic flow, softened jaw and neck tension, enhanced circulation, support for nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.
Will I see visible results?
Many clients notice an immediate sense of softness, lift, and glow following their session. However, the deeper intention of this work is restoration, helping the body unwind and return to balance from within.
How often should I book?
Some clients enjoy occasional sessions as a restorative reset, while others choose regular treatments to support ongoing nervous system care, lymphatic flow, and tension release.
For those wanting to experience the full benefits of this work, I recommend booking every two weeks for the first four to five sessions. This allows the body time to unwind, integrate, and respond more deeply to the treatment. From there, we can find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you
Do I need to do anything before my appointment?
Simply arrive as you are. Wearing comfortable clothing and staying well hydrated before and after your session can help support lymphatic flow and overall restoration.
Why do you work with a small number of clients each week?
I intentionally keep my schedule limited so I can remain present, grounded, and deeply attuned to each person who enters the space. This allows Wild Radiance to remain a calm, restorative environment where clients feel genuinely supported and cared for.
Can I have a session if I’ve recently had Botox?
Absolutely. To support both the longevity of your Botox results and the effectiveness of facial sculpting, I recommend waiting at least three weeks following treatment before booking your session.
Can I receive facial sculpting during pregnancy?
Yes. I recommend waiting until after the first trimester before booking a session. From there, treatments can generally be enjoyed throughout pregnancy, provided you feel comfortable lying on your back for the duration of the treatment. Your comfort and wellbeing will always be prioritised, and positioning can be adjusted where possible to support this. Please reach out and we can chat through options for you.
